Contact and initial medical qualification

Data provided through the contact form or during a telephone conversation are processed for the purpose of:

  • responding to the enquiry,
  • conducting an initial qualification for treatment,
  • assessing indications for residential treatment.

Provision of healthcare services and medical records

If treatment is undertaken, we process data for the purpose of:
