We place equal weight on professional competence, professional accountability, discretion and an empathetic approach to the patient.

Treatment is delivered according to individual clinical plans prepared after a comprehensive medical and psychological assessment. Every patient remains in the care of an interdisciplinary team that works together to ensure the safety, continuity and therapeutic effectiveness of treatment.

III.

Clinical roles and responsibilities

three areas
a)

Physicians and psychiatrists

Physicians and psychiatrists oversee the medical stabilisation of patients, carry out diagnostic assessment and are responsible for pharmacological treatment - only where it is clinically indicated. Their duties also include ongoing assessment of patients' health and key medical decisions during inpatient treatment.

b)

Psychologists and psychotherapists

Psychologists and psychotherapists deliver structured individual and group therapy focused on understanding the mechanisms of addiction, developing emotional regulation, working on behaviour and planning relapse prevention. Therapy is adapted to the individual needs and capacity of the patient.

c)

Nursing staff

Nursing staff provide round-the-clock monitoring of patients' condition, ongoing clinical support and the implementation of medical orders. The continuous presence of nurses is an essential element of treatment safety and continuity of care in an inpatient setting.
