Rehab cost: what a stay at our clinic actually costs
How much does rehab cost is the question we are asked first, and most treatment centres will not publish a figure. We will. Below are our full rehab prices for inpatient treatment at our clinic outside Warsaw, in euro, with approximate conversions to US dollars and pounds sterling. There is no admission fee, no assessment fee and no separate charge for medical care.
Rates for a four-week stay
Shared accommodation
€14,900 four weeks, all care included ≈ US$16,100≈ £12,700 A room shared with one other patient. The most accessible option, with exactly the same clinical programme as every other.
Private room
€29,900 four weeks, all care included ≈ US$32,300≈ £25,400 A room of your own for the whole stay. The usual choice for patients who need to work during treatment or who require complete privacy. Airport transfer and accommodation for one companion are included.
Private apartment
€39,600–99,000 four weeks, all care included ≈ US$42,800–107,000≈ £33,700–84,200 Studio, Master or Presidential apartment. The range reflects the apartment chosen. Airport transfer and accommodation for one companion are included.
The entire residence for one patient
Quoted individually whole property reserved, no other patients on site Where discretion has to be absolute, the residence can be taken in full for a single patient. No other patient is admitted for the duration of the stay, up to four companions can be accommodated, and every clinical, organisational and logistical resource is dedicated to one person. The rate depends on the length of the stay and the scope agreed before admission. How individual inpatient care works →Detox rates
Detoxification is charged per night, because its length is set by the substance and the patient's condition, not by a package. The rate below covers the same round-the-clock medical supervision in every option; only the room differs. Where detox is followed by therapy at our clinic, the four-week rates above apply from the day therapy begins.

Alcohol detox: 7 days
Alcohol withdrawal follows a predictable course. The dangerous window falls between the second and fourth day, which is why the full week is spent under observation rather than discharged once the patient feels better.
Drug and medication detox: 14 to 30 days
Stimulants and opioids usually resolve within two weeks. Benzodiazepines and prescription sedatives take longer, because the dose has to be reduced in stages rather than stopped.
Complex cases: 30 to 60 days
Where several substances are involved, or where doses have been high over a long period, detox is extended and the reduction schedule is rebuilt as the patient's condition changes.
The length is decided clinically
We give the expected range before admission, after the medical assessment, and we say if it changes. Nothing is added to the invoice without that conversation happening first.

Every rate above refers to a real room. The virtual tour shows each option from the inside, from the twin room to the Presidential apartment, so you can see exactly what the difference in price buys.
What every rate includes
The scope of clinical care does not change between options. Alcohol rehab cost and drug rehab cost are the same at every level, because the difference is the room, not the medicine.
- Medical assessment before admission with a consultant psychiatrist, remotely or in person, at no separate charge.
- Medically supervised detoxification where clinically indicated, including medication, monitoring of vital signs and round-the-clock nursing care.
- Individual psychotherapy as the core of the programme, several hours a day, rather than group sessions with occasional one-to-one time.
- Physician care throughout the stay, with a physician responsible for the course of treatment from admission to discharge. Where the clinical picture calls for it, this includes psychiatric care for co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.
- All meals, laundry and accommodation for the full length of the stay.
- Accommodation for one companion in single rooms and apartments, at no additional charge, where the clinical team confirms it will not interfere with treatment.
- A discharge plan prepared before the stay ends, with coordination of care in the patient's home country.
What is not included
Flights to Poland
Flights are arranged by the patient. Airport transfer is included from single room level upwards; for twin room stays it is quoted separately, as is collection from a private airport.
Stays beyond four weeks
Where the clinical picture calls for longer treatment, the rate is agreed before admission on the same per-week basis. Nothing is added mid-stay.
A second companion and family programmes
One companion is included in single rooms and apartments. A second person, and extended family programmes with their own therapeutic sessions, are quoted individually.
Specialist consultations outside our scope
Where a patient needs a specialist we do not have in-house, the consultation is arranged and invoiced at cost. We tell you before it happens, never afterwards.
How this compares
Patients ask what the cost of rehab is elsewhere, and the honest answer is that comparison is difficult because most centres quote only on the phone. What we can say is where the difference comes from.
Inpatient rehab cost for a four-week stay at a private clinic in the United States, the United Kingdom or Switzerland typically costs a multiple of the figures above. That difference does not reflect the standard of medicine, the qualifications of the clinical team or the ratio of staff to patients. It reflects where the clinic operates. Our costs, from salaries to property, are those of Central Europe, and the saving is passed to the patient rather than absorbed as margin.
Payment and discretion
A companion may stay with the patient in single rooms and apartments, at no additional charge. Whether that happens is a clinical decision, not a booking one. The team confirms it before admission and can withdraw it during the stay if the presence of another person begins to work against the therapy, which in some family situations it does. Where the assessment shows a contraindication, we say so before arrival rather than after.
Airport transfer is included from single room level upwards. Patients are collected in an unmarked black S-Class, long wheelbase, with no clinic branding of any kind. The driver is a member of our own medical staff, not an external company, so the patient is under clinical observation from the moment of collection and nobody outside the clinic learns who was picked up or where they were taken. Nothing about the vehicle or the arrangement identifies the destination.
Where a patient arrives by private jet, we handle the ground side of it. Warsaw has two airports with business aviation terminals, both within a short drive, and the car meets the aircraft rather than waiting outside the terminal. The clinic also has a helipad, so a patient landing at either airport can be brought the last stretch by helicopter without setting foot in a public building. Flight costs are arranged with the operator and are not part of the rates above; the transfer at this end is.
Payment is made by bank transfer in euro, in advance of admission or in agreed instalments. Invoices can be issued to a private individual, a company or a family office, with the description of services adjusted to the level of detail the payer requires.
We do not contract with insurers. Patients whose policies cover treatment abroad usually claim reimbursement afterwards, and we provide the documentation needed for that. Whether a policy covers treatment in another country is a question for the insurer, and we would recommend confirming it before admission rather than after.
