We will care for you at every stage
Safe detox, rehab and addiction therapy in a small group, in a calm daily rhythm surrounded by nature. This is where recovery begins, and these materials go with you on the way and stay with you after you return home.

A place where you can breathe
Zeus Detox & Rehab is a private addiction treatment center in Łomianki near Warsaw, offering rehab, detox and therapy in intimate conditions.
The center sits by the water, surrounded by greenery, away from the rush. A small group means no one disappears in the crowd, and you have the space and time to focus on yourself.
Comfortable rooms, shared meals in the heart of the center and quiet places to unwind create conditions where it is easier to come back to yourself.
- Quiet location by the lake, surrounded by nature
- A small group and an individual approach
- A homely atmosphere and comfortable conditions

The daily and weekly rhythm
Every day has a clear, calm structure, and each day of the week you meet a different specialist. Below are the real pages from our brochure.
The path of recovery
We guide recovery calmly and in stages. At each of them you are cared for.
Contact and admission
A calm conversation, understanding your situation and a plan. No judgment, at your pace.
Detox under care
Safe cleansing of the body under the supervision of a doctor and medical team.
Therapy and community
Individual and group sessions, work with emotions, relationships and values.
A plan for life after the center
A relapse prevention plan and tools you take home with you.
The emotion wheel
We help you recognize eight core emotions and their shades. Naming an emotion precisely lowers its intensity and gives a sense of control.
The more precisely you name what you feel, the easier it is to care for that emotion.
Behind every feeling there is a need
In the spirit of Nonviolent Communication we teach you to name feelings and the needs behind them. Pleasant feelings say a need is met; difficult ones, that some need is asking for attention.
This is the first step to caring for yourself and to understanding with others.
The wheel of life
A simple map on which you rate the areas of your life (health, relationships, growth, spirituality, work or rest) and see where you want to restore balance.
Recovery is easier to lead in line with what truly matters to you.
Calm your body with your breath
The breath is the simplest tool you always carry with you. We teach a few techniques, including box breathing 4-4-4-4 and a calming breath, which lower tension and help you get through hard moments.
My Rhythm
A simple weekly planner where you check off small recovery practices. Each tick is proof that you took care of yourself.
It is not about perfection, but about repetition. That is what builds a new, calm rhythm.

Sleep hygiene
Sleep rebuilds the body and nervous system, supports emotional stability and resilience to cravings. A few simple habits genuinely improve its quality.
We start with small changes to the evening routine.
- Consistent sleep and wake times, also on weekends
- Wind down and fewer screens an hour before bed
- A dark, cool and quiet room
- No caffeine or heavy meals in the afternoon
- A short evening wind-down ritual
Balance of gains and losses
Pause and look honestly at both sides. This exercise strengthens motivation and reminds you why you are recovering, especially on harder days.
On one side, what you gain. On the other, what addiction takes.
What I gain in recovery
What addiction takes
A letter from your future self
Imagine yourself a year from now, in recovery. Write a letter from that future version of yourself to who you are today.
The first sentence is already there, you write the rest. What do you want to remind yourself of, what to thank yourself for?
“You do not have to be ready. It is enough to take the first step, we will walk the rest of the road together.”
